Prices and terms contained in this “Quotation” are not subject
to change or modification unless specifically approved in writing by E
F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc. “Buyer” is defined
as the entity identified in the Quotations, its agents, employees, subcontractors,
and/or subsidiaries or Parent Corporation. |

All terms of delivery, price, equipment and/or other agreements are contingent
upon the absence to E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc., its
agents and freight providers of strikes, fire, accident or any other event
outside of the control of E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc.
or the shipping companies contracted with in relation to the Quotation. |

Prices are based upon costs to E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly,
Inc. and are valid for thirty (30) days. |

Typographical and stenographic errors are subject to correction. |

Unless specifically noted - transportation, freight, import and/or export
fees and costs and/or duties are not included on the Quotation; if listed,
they are for informational purposes only. Charges for freight transportation,
import and/or export fees and similar costs are the sole responsibility
of Buyer and will be billed by E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly,
Inc. as incurred. If any such charges are noted in the Quotation they are
provided solely as an estimate of the ultimate costs as an accommodation
to the recipient. |

In the event that Buyer requests, as an accommodation, that E F Precision,
Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc. provide equipment from a third party,
Buyer understands and agrees that E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly,
Inc. is not warranting the performance of such equipment or its fitness
for a particular use and shall not be responsible for its set up, maintenance,
operation or dismantling. E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc.
is only responsible for the operation of the equipment as specifically
shown on this Quote. Equipment provided at the request of Buyer from third
parties (and therefore not the operational responsibility of E F Precision,
Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc.) shall be denoted such on the quote. |

Prices are subject to addition of any taxes or levies made by any governmental
entity. Prices quoted are net to E F Precision, Inc. or Precision Assembly,
Inc. as indicated on the quotation. |

This Quotation is provided solely to the individual or entity noted on
the Quotation for its or their personal use and information. E F Precision,
Inc. or Precision Assembly, Inc. does not, by virtue of issuing this Quotation,
grant permission or give authorization to the Buyer to communicate the
contents of this Quotation or any of its particulars to any other individual
or entity. |
