EF Precision, Inc. founded
1977
Founded by Ernie Farabella. He began to grow the business by manufacturing, medical components and semiconductor products.
From inception to present day, when business climates changed, EFPG transformed, defining our business as it is today: a Consultative Manufacturing Organization: A practice focused on proactive client interaction, collaborating with clearly defined consultative principles, for the solitary purpose of building, sustaining and enriching long-term total customer satisfaction. Attitude Is Everything! The EF Precision Group is here for the duration and will continue to create, innovate and redefine the manufacturing stereotype.
Founded by Ernie Farabella. He began to grow the business by manufacturing, medical components and semiconductor products.
Stu Kellerman takes charge of the sales arm of the business and becomes an integral cog to the success of the company.
Business growth necessitated moving into a larger facility, hence the company relocated to its current facility in Willow Grove.
Growth in semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and medical industries & investments made in CNC machinery, equipment, employees & infrastructure.
Through great leadership, tenacity, teamwork and business relationships, we grew from $3.8 million annual revenue in 1993 to an all-time high of $42.5 million dollars with 115 employees.
Due to Semiconductor moving overseas, we gained a new focus on specific industries, customers and scope of work - improving customer satisfaction.
Our axiom, “Attitude Is Everything”, is integrated into the business philosophy and embedded in the business fiber.
We continue to be committed to the highest levels of quality on every component, assembly, and engineering project we provide and COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
The companies of the EF Precision Group are dedicated to supply a degree of excellence to its customers by providing proficient machining and assembly services through state-of-the-art technology and skilled craftsmen. Continued company growth is assured by employee empowerment and encouraged participation in process improvement. Our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction has been founded on these basic concepts. As technology and knowledge grow, our efficiency will become a further enhancement for total customer satisfaction.
Customers have a long history with the EF Precision Group because they believe in the quality of the products we produce and that we continue to offer machining and assembly opportunities with high risk elements. The plan recognizes a learning curve and includes a reduction in the “RPN” value for work accomplished without nonconformances. The plan can be applied to an individual part, individual customer or to support the business model of the organization. The plan is supported by a robust quality management system that exceeds specification requirements.
The plan pinpoints specific areas for mitigation efforts before the first chip is machined or the first component is assembled. Application of the Risk Management Plan reduces normal risks associated with complex, critical jobs, by detailing where the risks are and then building processes to abate those problem areas.

We will continue to maintain our ISO 13485 certification for our medical customers.
